When I met Tal and CRM Expert team for the first time, I was interviewing many Zoho partners for a project of re-designing our CRM solution, which was hosted in Sales force at the time.

 

The moment we started talking about our requirements, Tal seriously and precisely analysed each word and pain point I raised, i knew then that CRM Expert is amont these 5%.

Migration and CRM re-design from Salesforce to Zoho CRM

Go Eco had acquired a CRM Solution based on Zoho CRM which allowed them to solve some huge pinpoints they experienced with their former solution:

  • Reduce license cost significantly from Salesforce CRM
  • Add business automation to time consuming repetitive processes,
  • Manage the sales process in a repetitive and effective manner
  • Work in a CRM and an implementer that can deliver complex solutions, that works
  • Provide its customers and vendors self-service interfaces in order to allow their team to ~double their sales capacity.

Key challenges

    Designing full solution, including data migration and manipulation from Salesforce CRM to meet the new data model
    Complex Go live strategy as this process came with changing G-suit email to Zoho desk, and go live of a new web site, in one go
    Agile modification and adjustments of implementation for new scenarios raised shortly post go live

Results.

Together with Go Eco amazing team, which had been able to perform precise collaboration, and visualize the end product from the very beginning, we were able to achieve great results for Go Eco team. Today, Go Eco is using a state of the art CRM solution based on the Zoho platform, with advanced integrations between the Zoho solutions and third party tools Go Eco is using (i.e., Calendly). With these friendly tools, Go Eco has dramatically increased its team capacity to handle more sales, respond quicker to leads and close more deals. This is not just a catch phrase, this is reality carved in rock. The system, although designed precisely for Go Eco process, is scalable, and flexible for adjustments, as this is CRM Expert guideline when designing a solution. This was only achievable due to amazing collaboration, which is a key concept for such project success.
