We started with a basic small scope solution, and as we got to know the Zoho platform and CRM Expert team capabilities to make almost any thing with those tools, we have decided to increase our investment in this solution. Today, we have a CRM, integrated with our Priority ERP, allowing our field agents to promote deals, with 360 degrees view on ERP data, directly from Zoho CRM mobile app.

When I met Tal and his team for the first time, I was interviewing many Zoho partners for a project of re-designing our CRM solution, which was hosted in Sales force at the time.
